5.1 Data Retention Periods

We retain different types of data for the following durations: Client Account & Contact Data – Stored for the duration of the contract and up to 12 months after termination unless deletion is requested earlier.AI-Processed Data & Workflow Logs – Retained for a limited time to improve automation accuracy but never used for external AI training. Marketing & Analytics Data – Retained for business insights and service optimization, but clients may opt out of data collection at any time.
