Clients must use More Prospects, Inc.’ AI-powered tools ethically and legally. Specifically, you agree not to:
Use AI-generated content for fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purposes. Engage in spam, unauthorized mass messaging, or TCPA/CAN-SPAM violations. Use automation for unlawful targeting, discrimination, or regulatory non-compliance. Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or repurpose Callan’s proprietary AI workflows without explicit permission.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of AI-powered tools complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to:
Marketing & Data Protection Laws (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, etc.).Financial & Insurance Compliance (if applicable to the client’s industry).AI Ethics & Fair Use Guidelines (to prevent discriminatory or unethical automation).
More Prospects, Inc. provides tools and insights, but we do not assume responsibility for a client’s compliance with local, state, or federal regulations.
AI-generated outputs must be manually reviewed by the client before they are published, distributed, or acted upon.
AI insights are suggestions, not absolute truths, and may require adjustments based on context. More Prospects, Inc. is not liable for any misinformation, reputational harm, or compliance issues arising from unverified AI-generated content. Clients assume full responsibility for the accuracy and consequences of AI-driven actions.
Clients must not upload sensitive, confidential, or legally protected data into AI tools unless specifically permitted. If using AI integrations with CRM or marketing platforms, clients must ensure their data collection and usage comply with privacy laws. More Prospects, Inc. is not responsible for client misuse of AI-driven data processing tools.
Clients must take reasonable precautions to protect their account credentials and prevent unauthorized access to More Prospects, Inc.’ services.
Sharing login credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties is prohibited. If a security breach is suspected, clients must notify More Prospects, Inc. immediately.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Prospects, Inc. from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:
Improper use of AI-generated content. Violations of data protection laws or marketing regulations. Misuse, unethical application, or non-compliant implementation of AI-driven workflows.

More Prospects, Inc. respects and protects intellectual property rights related to our AI-powered automation, workflows, and consulting services. This section defines ownership, usage rights, and restrictions on the distribution of AI-generated materials and proprietary assets.
Clients retain ownership of any original content they provide or upload to More Prospects, Inc.’ AI tools.AI-generated outputs may be considered co-created content depending on the nature of customization and human intervention. If More Prospects, Inc. develops proprietary AI workflows, automations, or custom scripts for a client, ownership terms will be specified in a separate contract or licensing agreement. Clients do not have ownership rights to More Prospects, Inc.' proprietary AI models, automation sequences, or service infrastructure.
Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated workflows and automation processes for their internal business purposes only. Reselling, redistributing, or repurposing AI-powered workflows provided by More Prospects, Inc. without written permission is strictly prohibited. Any modifications or derivative works based on More Prospects, Inc.' AI automation must be approved before commercial use.
Clients may not:
Claim authorship or intellectual property rights over More Prospects, Inc.’ proprietary AI models or frameworks. Use AI-generated content in illegal, unethical, or misleading ways, including disinformation, defamatory content, or unauthorized impersonation. Reverse-engineer, replicate, or deconstruct More Prospects, Inc.' AI-driven processes to create competing services. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or branding notices from AI-generated content provided by More Prospects, Inc..
AI-driven strategies, automation templates, and workflow designs provided by More Prospects, Inc. are considered confidential proprietary information. Clients must not share, disclose, or distribute these materials to third parties without express permission. Violation of these terms may result in service termination and legal action.
The name More Prospects, Inc., its logos, and proprietary branding elements are protected trademarks and may not be used without written consent. Clients may reference More Prospects, Inc. in testimonials or case studies only with approval.
If clients provide feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, More Prospects, Inc. may use this input without obligation or compensation to enhance AI-powered services. Submission of feedback does not grant the client ownership rights over resulting improvements.

AI is subject to biases, inaccuracies, and unpredictable variations, and More Prospects, Inc. does not guarantee the correctness, legality, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
More Prospects, Inc. is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from reliance on AI-generated content, automations, or recommendations.AI-generated outputs may require contextual adjustments and do not replace human expertise. If AI-generated content is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant, clients assume full responsibility for rectifying errors before use.
Clients must ensure that AI-powered automation is not used for deceptive, discriminatory, illegal, or unethical purposes. More Prospects, Inc. reserves the right to terminate services if AI-driven workflows are misused in violation of ethical or legal standards. Clients agree not to use AI-generated content for impersonation, fraud, or deceptive marketing practices.
AI-generated responses are probabilistic and context-dependent, meaning different inputs may yield varying results. AI models are trained on large datasets but do not possess true understanding, intent, or independent reasoning. As AI technology advances, model updates or changes may alter AI-generated outcomes, and More Prospects, Inc. is not responsible for shifts in AI behavior over time.

Ensure that their data collection and storage practices comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM).Not input confidential, proprietary, or legally protected data into AI models unless explicitly agreed upon.
More Prospects, Inc. does not use client data to train public AI models unless explicitly stated and agreed upon. Some AI integrations may temporarily retain data for processing purposes, but clients can request deletion where applicable. Clients may opt out of any data retention programs, subject to service limitations.
In the event of a security breach affecting client data, we will take prompt action and notify affected clients as required by law. Clients must report any suspected data leaks or unauthorized access to More Prospects, Inc. immediately.
By using More Prospects, Inc.’ AI-powered services, clients acknowledge their responsibilities in data privacy compliance and agree to the outlined data security measures.
More Prospects, Inc. reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate services under certain conditions. This section outlines the circumstances under which a client’s access may be restricted and the procedures for dispute resolution.
We may suspend or terminate a client’s access to services if:
Non-Payment – Failure to pay for services on time. Violation of Terms – Breach of any policies outlined in these Terms of Service. Misuse of AI Tools – Including but not limited to fraudulent activity, unethical automation, or non-compliant marketing. Security Threats – If client activities pose a security risk to More Prospects, Inc. or third-party integrations. Unlawful Activity – If AI-powered services are used for activities that violate local, state, federal, or international laws. Abuse or Harassment – If a client engages in abuse, harassment, or unreasonable demands on support staff.
In most cases, we will provide written notice before suspending or terminating services, allowing clients an opportunity to correct any violations. If no corrective action is taken within the given timeframe, termination may proceed without further notice. Some violations (e.g., fraud, illegal activity, data security breaches) may result in immediate termination without prior notice.
Clients may cancel their service agreement by:
Submitting a formal termination request via email or client portal. Complying with any notice periods required by their subscription or contract. Clearing any outstanding payments before the termination is finalized.
Upon termination, clients may lose access to AI workflows, automations, and data stored within More Prospects, Inc.' platform. We may retain certain client data for compliance, legal, or service improvement purposes, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Clients can request a data export (where applicable) before termination, but More Prospects, Inc. is not obligated to store client data indefinitely after account closure.
Subscription-based services may or may not be refundable depending on the terms outlined at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for early termination due to client violations of the TOS. Any remaining balance owed to More Prospects, Inc. must be paid in full upon termination.
If a client disputes a suspension or termination, they must submit a written appeal request within 10 business days of receiving notice. More Prospects, Inc. will review the dispute and provide a decision within 30 days. If an agreement cannot be reached, mediation or arbitration (as outlined in Section 10) will be the next course of action.

Potential biases, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations in AI-generated content. The evolving nature of AI, meaning certain outputs may not always align with best practices. The possibility of third-party AI model changes that could alter service availability or functionality.
Clients agree to use AI-powered tools responsibly and at their own risk.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Prospects, Inc., its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Misuse, unlawful application, or improper implementation of AI-powered automation. Violations of marketing regulations, data privacy laws, or industry compliance standards. Any third-party claims related to AI-generated content used in client campaigns or communications.
This means that if a client’s use of AI leads to legal issues, More Prospects, Inc. is not responsible for any resulting damages, fines, or liabilities.
If More Prospects, Inc. is found liable for any reason, total damages will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question over the last six (6) months. This ensures that liability remains proportional to service value. By agreeing to these terms, clients acknowledge that AI-powered tools carry inherent risks and that More Prospects, Inc. cannot be held responsible for unintended outcomes or misuse of automation workflows.
More Prospects, Inc. may update or modify these Terms of Service (TOS) as needed to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry best practices. This section outlines how updates will be communicated and the client’s responsibility to stay informed.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Changes may be made to reflect: New AI-driven features or service enhancements. Adjustments due to legal, compliance, or regulatory updates. Refinements to risk management, liability limitations, or privacy policies.
Material changes to the TOS will be communicated via: Email notifications to registered clients. A notice posted on our website or service dashboard. Any other method required by applicable law. Clients are responsible for reviewing updates and ensuring continued compliance with the terms.
Continued use of More Prospects, Inc.’ services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indiana, US, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a specific jurisdiction is required due to industry regulations or agreements, it will be outlined in a separate contract.

to attempt informal resolution before pursuing legal action. Both parties agree to engage in good faith efforts to resolve any issues within 30 days of receiving notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration rather than litigation in court. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules and laws of Indiana and take place in Indianapolis, IN, unless both parties agree otherwise. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and enforceable in any court with jurisdiction. Clients agree that any claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or collective lawsuit. The waiver of class actions ensures that disputes are handled individually and efficiently.
Any claim related to these Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it will be permanently barred.

More Prospects, Inc. may publicly reference non-confidential feedback for marketing or promotional purposes, such as testimonials or case studies (with client consent).
Clients who participate in beta testing of AI-driven features acknowledge that: Beta features are experimental and may be modified or discontinued without notice. Testing feedback may be used to enhance AI functionality but does not entitle clients to ownership rights over resulting improvements. Beta features may contain bugs, inaccuracies, or incomplete functionalities, and More Prospects, Inc. assumes no liability for issues arising from their use.
By providing feedback, clients acknowledge that their insights may contribute to the continuous evolution of AI-powered services without creating ownership claims or financial obligations for More Prospects, Inc..
